vitamins and minerals are found in each organ, tissue, and cells of your body. We can be born “deficient“ of one or more of these. These nutrients feed and support our body to function optimally and in health. Many times, the foods we eat or do not eat, are missing these nutrients. Raw fresh whole produce; fruits and veggies are key to obtaining these.
Herbals are plants that contain the vitamins and minerals needed to support the human body. Certain herbals contain dense nutrients that create a blast of packed wellness when taken. Eastern herbals are just that, found in the East. This is the oldest form of medicine and plants are considered holy and vital and often are linked to religious beliefs. Mediterranean are herbs found in the Italian, Spanish, Greek area. Again these are ancient herbals used as medicine and many spices in the foods are considered vital to the culture. Western herbals are in the USA, fairly newer to medicine. Plants that are found here from history are often used to make prescription medications used in our medical field today. The purpose of any and all are to support the human body and bring health.
