As always, Asian culture has the herb that touts as beneficial for weight loss. I currently tried Keto, I’ve been very careful, “cheating” on one day to help reset as that’s what I’ve read medically is beneficial for women especially in menopause. I have been using intermittent fasting for months also. Everyone I know looses weight doing this. I have wanted to get down on myself because I have tried to eat with awareness for years! If I teach it, I live it. And yet, here I am….wondering what is wrong with me. The only way I have ever lost weight is not eating! I will continue to speak and think health and wellness and try to live it. I am healthy, thankful and I rejoice in this! Today, I learned of Mulberry leaves. It is a glucose blocker, helping to flush carbs from the body rather than store them. So, along with Keto, intermittent fasting, walking, light weights, rest, hydration, I will add this to my life. I typically give herbals a try first and will report back to you guys! If you try it, it can lower blood pressure. Consult your Physician. ❤️
