Covid saga

Well, saga…it is not but last night was rough. I couldn’t sleep. My nose was stopped up and I’ve learned two things; people in a car, myself and my spouse, wearing a mask to protect others at a drive thru makes more sense now, and wearing my mask over my mouth, not my nose, makes more sense. I cannot breathe because my nose is stopped up and sneezing and coughing from my mouth means it’s in my mask. Thus, not sharing Covid! LOL

That being said, I received my probiotics and after taking two runs, I am feeling even better. I am not quite there yet, but I feel close to normal.
