I wanted to share a song and a story.
Edge of Heaven. I was recently told that this song is based on Believers who were being marched to their death. They were being martyred for their faith. They were calm. Peaceful. Even singing. When approached and asked why, the response went something like this, “We stand at the edge of heaven, we are moments away from seeing Jesus! Our purpose on this earth is being fulfilled and we will see our savior soon!”
A bit morose maybe during the virus and these days we are in, but I share it for those who understand, and in hope for those who may not. Peace is beyond this world!
