I love music!!! All kinds. There are some I prefer over others but I believe music has a place in healing. I’ve posted how singing and gurgling can heal the vagus nerve. An article I found from hopkinsmedicine.org clearly states that music can reduce anxiety, blood pressure and pain as well as improve sleep quality, mood, mental alertness and memory. We all love the music we grew up with but this article suggests listening to our children and grandchildren’s music because new music challenges the brain to change. New sounds force the brain to listen and understand making new pathways of memory. Make it a musical day! Let me know if you try a new song!
