How to make small changes

Not everyone can “cold Turkey” start or stop anything. I have found as a practitioner, the most helpful things to offer, are the small changes. So, this blog will cover a few;
water!!!! I can’t emphasize enough drink water every day! Your goal, 1/2 your body weight in ounces a day.
stop sugary drinks!!! This is extra sugar that can make you sick.
Cut back on white foods; White sugar, white flour, those are simple carbs that we do not need.
increase your fresh produce daily. Fresh veggies. Fresh fruits.
try to add prebiotic foods such as Kiefer, kimchi, Greek yogurt, Kraut etc.
Do these things steady, everyday, for 6 months. Starting these habits will encourage healing and health in your body!
