Harvard reports the number one cause of death by disease in the USA is heart disease at the end of 2020. So, how can we reverse this complex process simply?

Harvard also list 10 simple steps to improve heart health;

  1. Take a 10 minute walk

  2. Lift light weights (1-2lb)

  3. Eat an extra serving of fresh fruits and vegetables

  4. Eat fresh fruit and complex carbs for breakfast

  5. Stop drinking calories. Cut out sugary drinks.

  6. Have a handful of nuts

  7. Breathe deeply

  8. wash your hands

  9. Count your blessings

  10. eat fish

Vitamins that support heart health include, C, D, E and herbals can be useful but consult your HCP when starting a new protocol. I am available if you do want information regarding herbals. ❤️
