Heal the Vagus Nerve improve immunity

This is ongoing information. Singing, humming, gargling, are other ways to heal the vagus nerve. Odd? Why? The vagus nerve is attached to the vocal cords. Our cells vibrate with energy. Each note, sound, or tone creates a vibration that affects cells, creating healing or damage. Negativity, criticism, affect our cells and create inflammation or disease. Positivity, affirmation create healing and wellness. “As one thinks, so they are.” “Words build up and tear down.” Begin paying attention to thoughts and words and sing like a child loudly, chant a positive thought. My favorite mantra, “God is good all the time!” And singing it or chanting it makes me feel good. Try gargling every day, and make funny noises in the back of your throat like a child. Improve cell activity. It’s quite simple!
