I’m not complicated. I’ve exercised since I was a teen. I used to teach aerobics. I also used to abuse my body with exercise. This is a personal commentary from yours truly. Exercise should fit your life. There is a simplicity to this that I’ve learned to embrace. If I have endurance, I am fit. If my breathing and eating creates energy, I am fit. I love walking! I gave up running/jogging for walking. I keep a count of my steps daily and I average 3 miles a day. I use light weights, 5lb to strengthen muscles and prevent osteoporosis. I have an inversion chair, I also have a vibration plate. I share this to say, MOVE! Be active. Sedentary kills. I am not a sexy model shape. I am a 50-ish year old woman, making every move count!!! Spirit Mind and Body! Always, check with your HCP before attempting any new activity. I guarantee the word will be MOVE! ❤️
