Cow Milk and The Facts

What I write here, I have experienced myself. I have watched others stories and I will stand on it as truth; COW dairy is a disease factor in our diets today. The processing, heating, and chemical additions to it create more heart disease, cancer, and diabetes today than most want to accept. Dairy from cows is highly saturated in fat. The phrase “milk does a body good”, is a greed supported lie. (1)Research in the British Medical Journal reveals that cow dairy serves absolutely no benefit to human bone strength. (2)The National Cancer Institute, the National Institutes for Health and The World Cancer Research Fund have research that shows women who consume cow dairy have an 80% chance of breast cancer. (3)
Type I diabetes is linked to increased risk when infants and children consume cow dairy. Basically, cow dairy is unnecessary in human diets and actually causes more harm than good.
