Covid and it’s Variants

I lean towards the natural realm of medicine. My first degree in natural medicine is my passion. Receiving my RN, has not altered or diminished my passion for natural health. If anything, it has increased it. I have been declaring for years, FEED your body with natural foods; raw foods (NO NOT MEATS), fresh is best, hydrate with water, rest the body (taking those food breaks and stopping activity can heal years of harm) and look at supplements and herbals as foods. Yes, there are herbals and supplements that must be avoided when medications or symptoms are involved. There is great noise about supplements for Covid; vitamin C, zinc, D…when a full blown diagnosed hospitalized episode of Covid occurs, IV doses can benefit. But, when we can prevent diseases BEFORE diagnosis or hospitalization, why would we not?! This is not a blog stating “don’t get vaccinated”, this is my redundant commentary since 1997 to EAT WELL, REST, DRINK WATER, WALK in nature! These small things make for a BIG life! ❤️
