Fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle aches, headaches, loss of smell and/or taste, sore throat, congestion, runny nose, congestion, vomiting, diarrhea, nausea. These are the common symptoms. Many times 2-14 days from exposure, symptoms may be felt. There are medications that may be given but most physicians are recommending; acetaminophen for pain, fever, and chills. Vics Vapo Rub at night for respiratory concerns, OTC lozenges and cough medication. As for stomach bowel issues; staying hydrated, let it run its course. Rest! Quarantine for 10 days when first symptoms are noted. These are basics and not to replace your physicians orders. Call your doctor if symptoms are worse. Call emergency if you are in a crisis. This post is only informational.
