Sounds simple. Automatically occurring. The science of breath shows the value outside of intake exhale. Yoga teaches breathing. The Scripture says a lot about breath. God breathed life. Breathing matters! Lying on your back, place your hand on your gut, take a breath in. Did you feel the gut move? Sit up. Breathe. Hand on gut. Did you feel the gut move or was movement only in the rise and fall of the shoulders? Learning to breathe diaphramatically is critical to health! Deep breath in, on the exhale, breathe out as mahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. This is like prayer and meditation, private. Do this alone. Experience what it feels like to breathe, deep and with expression. Breathing properly actually heals the vagus nerve. This creates a stronger immune system. During Covid, do you find yourself holding your breath? This is stress and fear. Do not let these things keep you from health! Your life depends on it!
