I recently learned of a homeopathic. It is a plant from South America. Galphimia glacial. It mimics Lorazepam. A medicine for anxiety and depression. I’m not subscribing, nor diagnosing neither recommending you stop any medication. But I’ve used this several times and noticed it calms me. I purchased mine at our local health food store.
