It’s that time of year...Poop should happen!

Every Fall, I get the urge to chat about poop. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll always talk about it but cleansing is best done with earth patterns and so Spring and Fall are the most agreeable times to look at how well the bowels function. Our traditional medical field suggest a bowel movement less than three times A WEEK is normal. I can only imagine the bloated impacted feeling of that because the last time I was constipated was twenty or more years ago. So, let’s take it back to infancy. If a baby eats, normal is to poop during eating. The traditional medical field agrees with this one. I hope adults don’t poop during dinner but if a full meal is eaten, then a poop for every meal should be normal. If you find that you hold on to your waste or you have the opposite, let’s talk! It is my favorite topic!
