The latest research, in mice, reveals the added benefit of certain types of probiotics create weight loss! It would seem, as I’ve stated for over a decade that the “hub” of the body, the gut, affects the brain AND the ability to have a healthy weight. The research shows two types of probiotics breaks down bile salt hydrolase. This breakdown releases a chemistry of ions that cause amino acids to metabolize fat. This is exciting news and gives validity to gut health for long term benefits!
