I know...you love donuts and chocolate! Who doesn’t? Truth is, these things alone would be ok on rare occasions BUT, sugar, the processed kind and simple carbs, processed...really wreck havoc in our body! Yes, it causes belly fat, which in turn increases the risk for diabetes and heart disease. It also turns into a BAD FAT! Belly fat is bad but the bad fat I speak of is the cholesterol artery clogging type. Our already overloaded liver has to turn sugar into fructose. This fructose turns into a plaquing agent in our blood stream. This plaque is the culprit for heart disease and brain sicknesses like Alzheimer’s. So, take a break! Do the intermittent fasting and for that one, stay tuned for the next blog!  Thanks for following me! Please share my site with others.
