How I Recently Lost 40lbs

So, most of my life I’ve “felt” fat. As a child I had a grandmother who constantly called me a “fat pig” and told me to “stop eating like a piggy”. I lovedthis woman and her words did great damage to me. At age 20, I became anorexic. I weighed 155 at this time and lost down to 120. I went from a size 10 to a size 0. I was so thin, standing with my feet together, my hands held side by side fit between my thighs, about 10-12 inches width space! I felt fat and was headed to a very bad place. I exercised 3 hours at a time hard and every day. I was healed of this around age 23! Last year, I was so frustrated because I eat healthy raw foods and have done so much work to be Spirit, mind, body well but just had a real bad week of feeling tired of the constant weight gain from menopause. In my quiet time, I sensed I should start taking kelp. So, I’ve taken double doses of kelp for 9 months. In January this year, I added T3 to my regimen. In two months (that I know because I didn’t weigh myself until then) I’ve lost 40lbs!!! I gave my thoughts consumed with weight to God and I just refuse to go there! No worries, eat small frequent portions and rest and exercise is Pilates, light weights for bone strength, and walking. Before starting any weight loss program, consult your health care practitioner.
