That sex talk again...

Every individual is unique. Their circumstances are unique. Past experiences can create the way one enjoys or doesn’t enjoy sex. I do believe the key word here is “experiences” and plays a great role in understanding our gender. That’s a different sex talk, maybe for later. I’ve spent time discussing options with many clients and the one thing that is consistent, the mind! In western society we do not place much value on the mind. Research is showing the mind has great influence over our life, how we live it, what we choose even. We like to think we are unique and think accordingly but if we haven’t taken time to assess our thought processes they might be stopping us in more ways than we know. “Take every thought captive” is a teaching from a wise Prophet. Interestingly, how does one take every thought captive? In my own experiences, slowing down long enough to hear my thoughts helps. I can then look at the thought and ask, is this healthy, does this support my belief system, do I need to waste energy on this, keep or toss? If you find yourself looking at your thoughts and negativity is ruling, then change can be made! Change perspective, words, even actions to create the positive life you desire! Thought I was focusing on sex, the act? When I speak of sex, I focus on the soul. Sex, the act is intimacy. Sex, the gender is identity. Sex, the person is introspective. Know who you are by captivating your thoughts!
