Many of my peri-menopausal and menopausal women have found some help with vaginal dryness by using coconut oil. One woman told her physician who immediately took notes and said she was going to share this with her clients! Using oil doesn't require excess amounts, but it can be applied around the opening of the vagina, even inserted with fingers in minimal amounts and often. Lubricating the partner can also be helpful and fun.
