LEFT OVERS

I personally do not keep or eat leftovers unless I know that within three days, I'm making soup! Bacteria is known to grow within 24 hours and unless frozen, food can be unsafe. People with compromised immune systems or those who deal with candida overgrowth are susceptible to the bacteria in left overs.  Frozen food should be  thawed and used within 3-4 days!

This goes for mostly meats or dishes with meats. Veggies and fruits may last 3-4 days straight from the fridge but if in doubt...JUST DON'T!
