pH Water and what I have observed

I want to share something that is not set in stone with research or backed by the medical or science field. I did a simple test for myself recently and tried drinking pH alkaline water. Everyone has always asked me, what's the difference in water? Should I drink spring water, distilled water or does it matter? Now as I write this, please understand, this is a simple test I did, spring or well water vs pH alkaline water. After several weeks and days of drinking the pH alkaline water I noticed these things:
1. A feeling of being hydrated not thirsty. If I drink 8oz of water, I still feel thirsty but 4oz of pH alkaline water satisfied my thirst but went beyond that to leaving me feeling hydrated.
2. Less urination! This is the kicker. Everyone says, "I hate drinking water because it makes me pee." Well, yes! That's what water does, flushes urine and toxins out. Normal urination is 8xs/day. People are so dehydrated, if they pee three times, they think somethings wrong. I can drink 64oz of water, and I will urinate about 8xs a day. I can drink 64oz of pH alkaline water, and it will be more like 4xs a day urination. Why??? True hydration happens at cell level. When cells are hydrated, the body is hydrated and toxins are purged without excess stress on organs!
Why does this matter? Who can afford to buy bottled water?
It matters for the simple reason of cellular health! I like giving information others can use. Whether you buy pH alkaline water or not, at least you know the difference in waters with my simple test. Less pH water means more hydration! Give it a try and give me feed back!
