First Aid Herbally

Always consider incorporating medical supplies with herbal. Any medications you are taking or need, such as an Epi pen are vital!

These are supplies from a medical standing and herbal will follow:

1. Emergency contact names and numbers in a water proof seal and your health care provider.

2. Flashlight and check the batteries regularly.

3. Always check expiration dates and replace accordingly.

4. 2 (5x9 inch) absorbent compress dressings.

5. 25 adhesive bandages (all sizes)

6. 1 blanket.

7. Instant cold compress.

8. 2 pair non-latex gloves.

9. 1 each (3" AND 4") roller bandage.

10. 5 sterile gauze pads (3x3) AND 5 (4x4)

11. thermometer.

12. 2 Triangular bandages.

13. Tweezers.

14. Scissors.

Herbals:

1. Lavender essential oil for burns, scrapes and bites.

2. Tea Tree essential oil for scrapes and bites and cuts.

3. 2 32 oz bottles of distilled water.

4. 1 bottle of Raw Cider Vinegar.

5. Activated Charcoal for poison control or Ipecac Syrup.

6. Container of local honey for antiseptic purposes.

7. A spray bottle of distilled water 8oz with 2 drops of these essential oils for antiseptic purposes: Lavender, Tea Tree, Honey, and lemon.

8. A natural hydrocortisone cream: 8 ounces of coconut oil mixed with 2 liquid drops of these herbals - Chamomile, Licorice, Witch Hazel, Calendula, St. Johns Wort and Chickweed.
