Detox: How and Why?

Detoxing should be done by anyone over age 15. If we live on this earth, we begin to accumulate negative effects. Stress causes toxicity. Poor nutrition causes toxicity. Hormones cause it and numerous other things. But WHY? Because our body's are just like any other operating organism and once we are on this planet, we begin the oxidation that creates toxins.
I find that most people are afraid to change and would rather be in what they think they know, rather than move in to new. Often the change is refused if the new is proven to be better because human nature is habitual. We are creatures of habit. We prefer to operate from our small corner, rather than venture out. For the ones who do step in to the new and venture out, there is a dynamic to detoxing that causes discomfort. There is a level of pain and revisiting sickness that is required and this scares the one venturing to turn and run back to their comfort zone.
When we revisit sickness, in natural health we often refer to it as Hering's Law of Cure. This law is a healing that requires each person to heal from the inside out, from the head down and from the last known symptom back in time to the first experienced. For those who are dealing with serious disease, this can sound frightening. This is very similar to vibratory sensation at all levels of creation. There is a vibration that cells make and interference in those cells, such as sickness that is hindered by surgery, medicine, blocking in whatever form taken, mental or physical, causes the cell to become held in a prison at the point of that interference. The vibration continues to be felt in organs and tissues, in memory or spirit but until we, as the patient, can turn to the pain, the loss, the grief, the heartache and embrace that, acknowledging it for what it is and process through it, we are often the victims of that circumstance. Many times, genetics are at the foundation of this vibration. So, what does this have to do with detoxing? Everything!
First, to detox, understanding that you will revisit some symptoms is vital to overcoming the fear to turn and run back to the comfort zone, whatever that is.
Second, detoxing sometimes, requires us to have a faith level of moving to healing. If we can spiritually understand and grasp that healing is a natural created gift, and receive this, we often can face the fear and move through to the healing. I do understand, sickness and death do come to many. I would never dispute or demean sorrow over this or place a voice of blame. Please do not hear that from me. I am wishing to offer a wide open process that steps in to a realm, almost like Quantum Physics. Something, we all want but sometimes, grasping the concept we reject due to many reasons.
Now, how to detox? For the first time client, drinking water daily is vital! If you do not drink water, you must begin to do so! We wash away toxins by adding water to our daily health regimen. If you are inactive, walking or something physical is necessary to force blood and lymph to move through the body, carrying out toxins that become stagnate. Please consult with your physician before starting any exercise. The next step would be to increase the amounts of fresh produce you eat daily. Finally, removing white sugar, white flour and dairy from your diet is another great way to detox.
There are many detox drinks and protocols out there. I have tried pretty much all of them. I have found "The Master Cleanse" is a fairly easy one to do for newbies to fasting.
"The Cure for All Cancers", by Hulda Clarke, RN has other cleanses that are wonderful, these would be for a more seasoned client. My suggestion, is do not used boxed detox formulas that are in pill form, due in part to the potential of too many plant combinations that might be a bit tricky unless a professional has affirmed the use of them and if the reader can follow this thought process - a sluggish body system internally will not necessarily respond well to more things put in it unless it is given the chance to begin to function at some level as was intended from the beginning of time.
If you took the time to read along, thank you! If I may be of further assistance, please contact me and let's set up an appointment to begin your healing detox process! If not now? When? It's never too late!
